Lead tools (e.g. Experience Planner)
This website offers interactive tools (e.g. the Experience Planner) that provide you with personalised results. When you use such a tool and enter your email address, we process the following data:
- Input data: Your details in the tool (e.g. travel wishes, group size, budget) — to create a personalised result.
- Contact data: First name and email address — for sending the result and optional follow-up emails.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent — for spam prevention and abuse prevention.
Email sequence: After using a lead tool, you will receive up to 3 further emails with relevant information. Each email contains an unsubscribe link that allows you to stop receiving emails immediately.
Email tracking: Our emails contain an invisible tracking pixel (1x1 pixel) that tells us whether an email has been opened. Clicks on links in the emails are also tracked. Meta Conversions API (server-side)
